In case the products are available in our warehouse, the order will be processed immediately within 4-6 hours. The total processing and shipping take 2 working days. If you place your orders during weekends, the order will be processed on Monday. Some products might take a little longer to be shipped depending on the day booked. Within India, it takes a max of 4-6 days for the order to be shipped. Please Note: Personalized and customized products take a little longer.

To get your order delivered in express format, select the Express delivery option. Do note, it has an additional shipping cost of INR 350 per order. If you want to know more, please feel free to write to us at support@preggy.com.

In case you have received a damaged parcel or Product, kindly write us at support@preggy.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please Note: Post 48 hours no request will be entertained.

Once you register, we will create an absolute Personal Account page for you. You may use this to log in at Preggy.in. Please do update all your personal information. You might receive a call from our 24x7 Customer Care, our executives would be able to do it for you.

Yes, we will be happy to ship it for you outside India.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed you can easily track its status on your Account page. You can also do this by clicking on Order History in the dropdown and selecting the order you wish to track. After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order time. Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days within metros in India and 7-8 days outside metros in India.

We are working endlessly with our delivery partners to make sure that your products reach you at the earliest. However, sometimes we fail to make it before the deadline. And it feels terrible. We expect your understanding if your order is late. That being said, do make sure to call us at Support so that we can try expedite your order on a priority basis.

It will take 1-2 days to dispatch your products after you order online. Depending on your location, the shipment will get delivered to you within 3-7 days from the date of order.

Each and every product goes through dynamic testing depending on the calendar year and the weather conditions, right from 0 degrees to 60 degrees. This is to simply ensure that the products are used safely for over 48 months from the manufacturing date. However, we recommend you use them within 6 months

Once you receive our products, please store them in a clean, dry, and in a air tight container at room temperature. It is not necessary to refrigerate them, but you can store all products in the refrigerator to increase shelf life by 3-4 weeks.
